Technician Review 5 Stars NOT Sears (Sears is -10)
This Samsung Refrigerator had over 15 appointments and 7 technicians visits (our Kitchen Refrigerator was down for 5 months) and many cancelations same day. The technician was 5 Stars as hopefully our refrigerator will start back we have to wait 24 hours. Hopefully we don't have to wait 4-5 months with Sears IF everything goes well with our refrigerator.

We made 3. Confirmed on line appointments before Scott saw one on his schedule. One on Thursday, Aug 29, another a.m. August 30 (7-11) and finally a 3rd August 30 (1-5) which he showed up.
