Great Technician
Naser was one of the best repair technician I have had in a long time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to tell me why my ice maker was not working and repaired it. I would request him for all of my repairs if I could.

Promptly diagnosed problem on first visit, ordered part, returned on specified day and completed repair. My only issue is that SHS only allows you to schedule for an entire day, and you never know when the technician will show up during that day until the morning of the day of the appointment. Even then, they are almost always later than the estimated time.
