Patience and Kindness in spades!
Mohammad has come to my home many many times for a broken fridge and and even worse dryer. Each time he comes he has a smile on his face and a kind word when I am so mad that it has taken so long to get my repairs done. He is efficient and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

He called and showed up. He replaced the broken part. The part is not working. The frig is making an even louder noise. The technician said I will need to call back in for a replacement.

Tariq provided preventive maintenance service on my furnace and water heater. He was at my house for over an hour. At one point I was sort of watching him. He seemed to be "really" into what he was doing; not rushing, but taking his time. Unfortunately, I will be moving out of the area in April 2025, otherwise, I would certainly be requesting him by name in the future.
