I do not give 5 star ratings easily! Jeffrey listened carefully to what my husband & I were describing about the problems with our 15 year old refrigerator. He is clearly a skilled technician and quickly diagnosed the problems when he looked at the cooling system. We had expected what he advised when he said it was not worth the repair. My husband and I appreciate his honesty and integrity. In addition, he is very friendly, and respectful. As someone who worked for years in a hospital, I know what excellent customer service is. Mohammad has come to my home many many times for a broken fridge and and even worse dryer. Each time he comes he has a smile on his face and a kind word when I am so mad that it has taken so long to get my repairs done. He is efficient and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

John was excellent technician, He immediately went to work, identified the issue, got the piece to replace the broken part, fixed it, got the payment process timely and was gone in within a sharp period of time. We were his first service stop; I was not late for my appointment, plus, and I was able to be here for the services he performed.

He called and showed up. He replaced the broken part. The part is not working. The frig is making an even louder noise. The technician said I will need to call back in for a replacement.

Tariq provided preventive maintenance service on my furnace and water heater. He was at my house for over an hour. At one point I was sort of watching him. He seemed to be "really" into what he was doing; not rushing, but taking his time. Unfortunately, I will be moving out of the area in April 2025, otherwise, I would certainly be requesting him by name in the future.
