Manzoor was excellent in his service. He both texted and called when he was on the way. He explained everything well, did the work, and answered all my questions. He was polite and respectful. However, I hate the automated aspect of the Sears Home service. That was really frustrating! It kept changing my appointment time and day so it took 3 days to finally get someone here.

I do not give 5 star ratings easily! Jeffrey listened carefully to what my husband & I were describing about the problems with our 15 year old refrigerator. He is clearly a skilled technician and quickly diagnosed the problems when he looked at the cooling system. We had expected what he advised when he said it was not worth the repair. My husband and I appreciate his honesty and integrity. In addition, he is very friendly, and respectful. As someone who worked for years in a hospital, I know what excellent customer service is.
