Tariq showed extreme compassion and exemplary work ethic throughout. He promised to follow up during the initial visit as well as following through during the second visit, when he personally went to retrieve the part, which was not shipped. He actually showed me what caused the problem as well as his recommendation for preventive maintenance. He is truly an asset to the company.

Darious was very kind and professional. He was the Tech who came to fix my refrigerator. He ordered the necessary part and when the part arrived he came back to fix our refrigerator. We expressed our frustration on being without a refrigerator with some time. He assured us he would not leave until it was fixed and he was true to his word.
