Excellant Service and On Time Repair

Khalid is a great technician! He determined the problem promptly and was friendly and courteous while he was here. A part had to be ordered and he came back on the schedule day to complete the job. The only complaint I have is not with him, but the way the appointments are scheduled. On both occasions, he arrived a few hours past the four hour block that I was given for his arrival. Don't feel this is his problem because he doesn't do the scheduling.

The Sears Home Service Technician arrived within the scheduled window and repaired the dryer quickly. He invited me to try the dryer settings. I was fully satisfied with the repair and especially with the neat and orderly condition in which he left the workspace.

Had problem with digital control panel not working. Tech identified that control panel lockout button had been activated (but no indicator light showed this). Tech reset within the 1st 15 minutes he was here.
