Customer CARE at its Best
My service tech Ujwal was the very best in servicing my dryer! He not only was fast and efficient, he cared about what he was doing and was extremely informative and helpful. He was so knowledgeable and skilled at performing the repair, I was able to gather information about my appliance and care for it properly in the future. He went above and beyond and now we don't want anyone but him if ever there's a problem again! Thank You!

My husband and I were very frustrated that our HVAC unit was not working yet again, as it seems to malfunction every spring. Sears dispatched Mr. John as our service tech and he was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his skill, experience, and attention to detail. While we hope that we don't have any more issues with the unit, if we do...we will certainly request Mr. JOHN to come service the unit!
