Paul was amazing. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. I had multiple techs come to my home to try and fix the problem and Paul was the only one willing to take the time to get the job not only completed, but completed correctly! Highly recommended!!

Paul was a fantastic technician. Did the repair quickly but efficiently and tested out the repair afterwards to ensure everything worked well. Sears Home Services on the other hand is terrible. Everything from appointments to trying to talk to someone on phone is run by AI. There is no one you can talk to on the phone. The issue was described over and over again with pictures and text and this information was never shared with the technician which caused the repair to be delayed. The first appointment scheduled was delayed over and over again until the app said the time window of 8-3 and no longer showing a technician showing up. I received 0 updates on why the technician never showed, or why my appointment was cancelled, or that I needed to reschedule. So I had to reschedule later that day. A repair that should have taken 1 visit, turned into 3 and 3 weeks later. The 5 stars is for Paul and Paul alone. If this review was just for Sears, I would give 0 stars if i could.
