Paul was an excellent diagnostician who quickly identified the problem and found the parts needed to repair it. He also installed the new parts and ran the dishwasher through a cycle to make sure that it was working properly. I highly recommend him for any future repairs I might need!

Technician great, Sears awful
Sayed was knowledgeable and very helpful. Sears on the other hand was awful and kept canceling my appointments because you said parts were not received when I continually told you I had them. No access to a human to resolve.
