The technician AHS sent out did a great repair job on our ice maker. Thankfully they were able to remove the old malfunctioning machine and install a new one!

The process was prompt and efficient. The tech, Mohammed was courteous and proficient in the assessment and ultimate fix. That said, I have a 12 hour window to confirm my refrigerator is back to normal.

We had several technicians come to try to fix the refrigerator and this tech came out diagnosed the issue, ordered the correct parts and installed. I have great hopes that the problem is resolved.

Paul was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the service visit. What stood out most was that he genuinely listened to my concerns and took the time to address them properly. He was able to resolve my issue efficiently and in a timely manner. My previous technician unfortunately dismissed my concerns and focused on upselling products that ultimately had to be refunded. Paul’s approach was the complete opposite—he was focused on finding a solution rather than making a sale. More technicians should strive to be like Paul. His dedication to customer service, problem-solving skills, and ability to build rapport made for an excellent experience. Sears is fortunate to have an employee who truly puts the customer first. 5 Stars!
