Mr. Nssar performed well; however, I was instructed to be prepared at 7:00 AM, but he did not arrive until after4:00 PM. This is not good customer service.

Fast and easy. The technician was friendly. I signed up for the appliance warranty protection to get a discount on the repairs. The warranty is $60/month. I always wonder if these types of plans are worth it. The plan includes protection for 8 appliances and a yearly free maintenance for 5 appliances. I’ll see if it’s worth it.
