The technician Ransford does excellent service. He is very knowledgeable & was able to resolve my dryer issue immediately with the click of a button. As I was explaining to him the issue, he knew immediately what caused the issue & it was fixed. Kudos to him. Thank you

The service is great PERFECT - but we cannot continue 1 without the ability to speak with a real person: 2 a arrival time of 4 hours or less with frequent updates. What you currently offer is unacceptable
