Lack of knowledge, he spent more time texting for answers than inspecting the freezer. Then he made up a problem after he left to put in the report for the staff to call me in attempt to sale me a maintenance plan. There was a time I could depend on Sears. With my resent service calls I will not use them again.

Sears automated system is a joke. I was rescheduled at least 5 times. Waited all day long on several of the appointments. My days were shot. I would never recommend sears

It took Sears a month and two week to diagnosed, order parts and fixed the problem. So we believed until we are three days from Thanksgiving and trying to get them to return to fix the fridge that was supposedly fix initially. Dealing with Sears is frustrating and the Techs lies, don't show up, blame errors on other Techs and still didn't solves the problem. Customer Service does not help and they keep you on hold forever. Since we have a service agreement in place we are crossing our fingers and hoping to get the repair properly done sooner than later. You have to have patience when dealing with Sears.

The machine is not fixed. Reported issue and still waiting for someone to address. It took four appt to get a service member to follow through with appointment and the repair remains outstanding

I called to have my washer serviced. It was not spinning tight. The service tech came and I explained. He stood there and watched it cycle spin 3 times. Then the tech asked me to add clothing. The tech never looked in the machine, never moved it, never did anything but stare at the window on the washer. After that, he said it needed motor, belt, weighing part. Obviously he said it needs everything but without even opening the machine or using so much as a screwdriver. What a rip off. Obviously i will never use this repair service will never be used again. Find someone else. I called the Customer Service to complain but they said since I didn't authorize them to repair it they couldn't know what parts really didn't need replacing. This is not owned by Sears anymore so the custimer Service is NOT the same. Don't use them

Appointment window was 8am to noon. Service tech called at noon and said he was 20 minutes away. I expected a tech to arrive by noon. He asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I said yes. He then hung up on me. I spent the next 10 minutes trying to bypass the automated rescheduling link, to talk to a live person. This is also the second service appointment I've made for a leak problem with my air conditioner. The tech who came last Monday made a repair, but a few days later the HVAC unit started leaking again.
