No one showed up. The work was never performed. They forged my signature and didn’t even have the correct brand of the appliance. Waiting for my insurance company to get back to me on Monday.

He was a horrible service person. He was just trying to make money on the side. He didn't do anything wanted cash to clean the out the outside compressor for 200 dollars and all He did was take a hose and wash it down which I had told him I had on a regular schedule. I was not home and my wife paid him. And the unit is not working. You need to be more selectively with the people yiu send it to the home under your Sears name. I am totally dissatisfied.

Everything was disgusting about this sears company! From customer service to Technician , Odian sent to my property. It took more than 1 month to get a diagnosis of my AC issue! Customer service put me on hold for an average of 45 minutes each time I call to respond, then they're so incoherent with their responds, no sync with system text msg & details spewed by customer service rep about my ticket issue. Technician showed up 3 weeks after ticket was opened and doesn't bother calling # given, doesn't answer his phone when called and lied about nobody answered the door, where he didn't knock! Just sent a poxy Pic of front door and left. Rescheduled after another 2 weeks just to give a false diagnosis whereas the same issue same time last yr was covered by warranty company. I do not recommend sears Technician to anyone and will never use them again!!

Odiane has very poor customer service! It took him 3 weeks to show up for the job and was a no-show on the day. Waited all day from 8a-12p and he never showed and lied about knocking the door but got no answer, then sent pic of my front door. Called him back and left several messages but he never replied. Re-scheduled for another 2 weeks out and showed up but gave wrong diagnosis to my AC unit which had been repaired same time last year for the same leaking coolant! will definitely not use sears home repairs again and not even recommend them to my worst enemy!!

Very unprofessional. Showed up two hours before our service windows and could not wait on someone to get to the house. Our windows was between 12noon and 4pm, he showed up at 10am.

Unfortunately, Abdul was not able to find the correct replacement flexzone door for my refrigerator. I later found the correct door on line and had to order it and make the repair myself.

This Sears home service repair company has disappointed me on several occasions. On three separate service appointments no one has even shown up to do the work. I have taken time away from my job to accommodate them for these service appointments for the same issue with my electric stove top. On three occasions, they ordered the same part and if they managed to show up at all they installed a faulty aftermarket part. Keep in mind that of the no call no show appointments, no one has ever reached out to explain that they were not going to make it. In fact I was updated via text that a driver was in route on occasion but Never Showed up to my house. Sears has been extremely unprofessional in their attempt at customer service. At this point I have no faith that if I request service, Sears will handle it in a professional and timely manner. I would not recommend Sears repair center to my own worst enemy, they are awful and use after market parts to fix an issue and don't accommodate you at all when that part fails and you are on the hook for another service call. Steer clear!

Repair still not done. TECHNICIAN DID NOT COME BECAUSE OF EXCUSE HE HAD ABOUT THE PART WHICH WAS ORDERED BY A SEAR TECH SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. HIS CONCERN WAS ABOUT IT BEING THE RIGHT PART AND I NEEDED TO WAIT FOR A CALL FROM SEARS. THE TICKET WAS THEN MARKED COMPLETE. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!! I BELIEVE IT IS THE SAME TECHNICIAN. THIS IS THE SECOND APPLIANCE THAT I DID GET SERVICE BECAUSE OF A LACK OF KNOWLEDGABLE TECHNICAN.

Reluctantly gave Sears Home Services another try. Technician was on time and in 20 minutes told me that my 5 year old Kenmore dishwasher needed a part that was no longer available. I asked him who was the manufacturer since Kenmore (Sears) doesn’t make appliances and he couldn’t answer that. It’s not likely parts for an appliance this age are no available. And now I see on my service ticket that the repair was declined. WHERE DOES THAT COME FROM?? Is the repair available or not???
