The technician who came to repair my Maytag side by side refrigerator was excellent. He arrived at the time promised. He was very neat He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Then told me when he could would be back to install them. Returned as promised And extremely focused on getting the parts properly installed. He explained what he was doing. He was polite, respectful and thanked me for my business.

The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cordial and answered any questions I had. My A/C unit's freon was a little low, and was subsequently recovered. I am very well pleased with my Master Protection Agreement in order to keep my Carrier Air Conditiner running as efficiently as possible.
