The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cordial and answered any questions I had. My A/C unit's freon was a little low, and was subsequently recovered. I am very well pleased with my Master Protection Agreement in order to keep my Carrier Air Conditiner running as efficiently as possible.

Tyrone quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed our dryer problem. He arrived within an hour of our service request and had the necessary parts on his truck. Tyrone was friendly, polite and took the time to explain the problem, how to fix it, and the cost. He was also very neat and made sure every thing was working and put back in place. I highly recommend Tyrone.
