Excellent service. The wrong part was sent for the repair but the technician had the right parts in his truck and was able to fix the dryer. Bravo!!! Kudos to the technician and his knowledge of the problem. I’m sorry to report that the continuous problems with my dryer have not been resolved. T I have had 5 technicians visit within the last 3 weeks. The same problem occurs they fix it the same way and the dryer stops working two days later. Time to replace the 30 year old dryer? I think so but so far the warranty company insists that the technician has to say that it can’t be repaired but the technician says that he doesn’t have the authority to do that. Meanwhile I end up not having a dryer every other day. I’m getting the runaround from the company because they don’t want to pay me or replace my dryer. Be careful with this group. Coverage only works if the problem is simple
