This gentleman, Mr. Sangin, worked expediently and professionally. However, though he finished before 10 am, despite several calls and texts, I'm still waiting for my receipt; it's 7:30 pm.

Joseph was very good, but still my oven is not fixed--now parts have ordered. At least Joseph seems to know what he is doing. Please send him again when the parts are in. Thanks. This is about the 3rd time Don has come to my house to repair my oven; however, each time he tells me I have to have it moved out, but the reason for the service is the previous Sears employee messed up the control panel cover on the oven. I have a new one to put on, but Don wants to oven moved out. When he came the 2nd time, he did something to the door, and now I have to tape the glass in to hold it and use the oven. This has been going on since early July. Initially, all I needed fixed was getting the door to close properly so the oven would heat, and to replace the lightbulb--which was done, but they ordered a new cover for the control panel, and when he put it in, he left a lot of white blobs--like maybe glue on it, and that was not acceptable to me, since it was not like that when he began. Now Don tells me that I have to have someone remove the oven for him to work on it because it has screws holding it in--says it wasn't installed correctly! Well, I didn't have a broken door and a messed up control panel coven before Sears came to service my oven--now I do, and it's Sear's problem to make this right. I hope I don't have to elevate this to a legal matter, but trust me, this needs to be made right. Just because I'm a 76 year old widow living alone, I will not be taken advantage of. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!

Technician arrived when expected and was courteous and professional. Before he started work he advised me of the cost and I authorized him to proceed. He diagnosed the problem and explained the work to be done then he proceeded to make the needed repair. He finished his work in a reasonable time and demonstrated that the dryer was now working correctly.
