Although the repair person was an expert at his job his lateness without notification of being 2 hours late was inexcusable - no regard for others time. The company was very apologetic and offered a discount.

I was pleased with the service that Mohammad provided today. He arrived on time , checked and replaced the ice maker on the refrigerator which had stopped working. If I should need another service again, I’ll request Mohammad. I forgot to add my freezer to the service plan. 3/25/2025 Thanks to Thomas he came back to my home and fixed my cook top that Mohammad and Donald could not fix. A special thank you Thomas. You did an excellent job. A special request the management of sears. Please bring back your customer service department to the US. Those folk over seas do not understand what we are saying with all the noise of children and animals in the background playing.a lot of people in the US need jobs.

This is an update to my previous review: I’m now giving it a 1. As it turned out, my dryer was not fixed! It exhibited the very same problem that I initially called about. In calling them back, I managed to schedule an appointment for a technician to come back out. They gave me a timeframe of 12 to 4 and they didn’t show. I would have expected a callback to say they were running late but no such call came in. Further, every time I called the system was constantly trying to sell me on some additional service. It was frustrating to say the least! 6/4/2024 update: Yet another update! My problem has finally been resolved. The new tech, Ransford, was excellent. He was patient and deliberate but, most especially, he tested his work and assured that the dryer was working before he left, unlike the previous tech. Therefore, I’m updating the review score to a 3 (because I shouldn’t have had to go through what I went through in the first place! Changing the score from a 3 to a 5 because Ransford is assigned the score and not Sears overall.
