He correctly diagnosed the problem with my leaking washer, ordered the parts and in a week installed. No water on my floor. Only disappointed he had to put dryer back on top off his cart. Was ready to go back to side by side. Main thing all fixed.😊

A&E Technician Mohammed called to notify of his arrival. The calls were not answered because I was still resting. I had logged onto SHW's Client Portal to get my appt time however, the info was not posted. Mohammed patiently waited for me to come open the door then, promptly assessed the issues regarding my washing machine.
