Our technician was very helpful and easily diagnosed the issue. We have renters who apparently have not been changing the filters correctly and he was able to direct them how to do so. He also gave some Sage words of advice about filters and being on top of maintenance.

The customer service provided by Jeffrey was exemplary!!! This situation has been an issue for months now and in one visit, Jeff not only diagnosed the issue but fixed it on the first attempt. I still may have to replace the fridge but, the issue has been successfully diagnosed and addressed!!! If I ever have to call on Sears again, my hope is that Jeff will be the tech they send from now on.
