Exceptional Service
I had an issue with my refrigerator and I was very concerned is it was a little over a year old. Mike assured me that he would come take a look but also I should check with my manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. Unfortunately the warranty expired this month but luckily we did not need it because there was a mouse stuck in the fan which automatically shut the whole unit down. Mike went above and beyond and was able to get the job done when I don't think anyone else would have gone the extra mile. I appreciate you and highly recommend Mike!
