Technician needed help!

The technician was unable to complete the repair without my help. He also stripped a screw by trying to force it, and wanted to replace it using a smaller screw. Luckily my neighbor who is a machinist was able to re-thread the stripped stud. I had to watch over and assist with the installation of the oven door glass, and didn't feel confident in the repairman's capabilities.

Apparently we had a New tech assigned (with no mentor in sight) after he "repaired our issue" and concluded our repair visit we checked fridge after going up to shower and still not cooling at all and parts order are still here we need another tech person ASAP

Ordered parts from China Delaying the repair

Technician came to install what he said was the wrong part. He had to reorder the correct part but said it had to be ordered from china since its an LG and it will take over 3 weeks to receive part and finish repair. Meanwhile all American's who have an LG order from American stores that don't take so Long. His answer was like a 1970's answer where the customer couldn't fact check weird answers provided y the technician. This seems like an obvious lie, having to order the parts from china since its a Chinese brand. SMH

Always in a hurry. They made three different service appointments n came in n out in 5 minutes each time now American Home Shield is sending you all out again and this will be third time my fridge is still not working and still not staying cold I keep going thru milk like every three days cause it's going bad n it's still not fixed. It's still blinking. Now I have to wait another whole week for another appointment. I asked for a different service provider but they have to send Sears because they have to get it right. Which should have been right the first time.

⭐ Review: Sears Service / American Freight Insurance Policy Extremely disappointed with the handling of what should have been a simple washer repair covered under my American Freight protection plan. At the two-year maintenance mark, a technician identified that the door gasket was failing — even though we'd had no issues. He said he'd order the part but couldn't install it that day. I later contacted Sears and the insurance provider to schedule the repair. At that point, neither company seemed to know what part was needed — despite the technician's initial diagnosis. Soon after, the washer started leaking, and I called again to explain that it was clearly the bottom door gasket. A second visit was scheduled for 7/18, with a promise of a one-hour heads-up call — especially important since their arrival window spans nine hours. I received no advance call. Instead, the technician rang the doorbell unannounced, and I told him (from my motorcycle) that I'd be right back. My 14-year-old daughter answered the door in the meantime, and the technician entered my home without my permission, proceeded with the inspection alone with my children inside (including my 5-year-old son), and took photos — all before I returned. When I came in, I was shocked to find him casually explaining he'd inspected the machine and would be ordering the part — again. This is the same technician who visited before and had already identified the part that needed replacement. The fact that he came unprepared, unannounced, and entered my home without consent is completely unacceptable. As a father, this was deeply uncomfortable. I had to ask him to leave my home. Since then, I've spent over three hours on the phone trying to report this situation through the proper channels. I am beyond frustrated and waiting to see if this will be handled appropriately. "To be determined," but I felt this experience deserved to be documented now.

The technician told me the drain pump was broke and the drum fell down and the Parts inside of the washer cannot be replaced because it was too old If this is the case i need voucher to purchase new machine the technician Did not look at the dryer at soni want a full refund of 100.00 too and another technician coming tomorrow to access whats going on with my appliance if it can be fixed or mot
