Scott text me to give a time frame on his arrival. He was pretty close to the time he gave me. I was pleased that I was his first appointment in am. Usually when I have an appointment with a service tech for any item I'm usually the lady appt so I appreciate that I was first !!!!

Ujwal was professional and thorough throughout. Made sure to check and recheck the issue to ensure it was resolved. This was important because there were multiple factors at play; a clogged drain hose, am outlet without sufficient air flow and a drain pump that was failing as a result of the other two issues. I appreciate that Ujwal went the extra mile to ensure everything was addressed.

I had an issue with my refrigerator and I was very concerned is it was a little over a year old. Mike assured me that he would come take a look but also I should check with my manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. Unfortunately the warranty expired this month but luckily we did not need it because there was a mouse stuck in the fan which automatically shut the whole unit down. Mike went above and beyond and was able to get the job done when I don't think anyone else would have gone the extra mile. I appreciate you and highly recommend Mike!
