Whirlpool Refrigerator
Wow we finally got the lights on in my ref. After 2 other attempts from other service people. Jeffrey B was great, he had our lights working and was in and out in a jiffy. Thank you so much Jeffrey. I give him a very high 5,great work.

My tech was very knowledgeable and competent to repair my refrigerator. However, the reason I did not give a more positive rating was that he did not perform physical troubleshooting to pinpoint the issue. Based on my description of the issue, he determined it was a faulty fan and generated an estimate and told me it would be a week it get and install the part. After talking and asking more questions, he tested the compressor and identified that it was the problem and not the fan. Had I not been more involved, asked questions etc. and just accepted his first diagnosis, my repair would have been delayed by a week and may have cost me even more if I was charged for both the fan and the compressor (which I dont know what Sears policy is for parts and labor charges on the wrong repair). Despite this criticism, the tech was personable and well trained, but should be more thorough in determining and pinpointing the problem and not rush to get through my service call
