Great guy!
He's knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Mike was able to identify the issues with my Kenmore refrigerator and promised to fix if I get the parts, he helped me ordered the parts and advised I call to schedule for him to return to fix, a week after I called and he came to fix the issue. I recommend him.
