The technician called before arriving. He completely dismantled the back of dryer, vacuumed the parts and vent hose and tested dryer heating. The washer was run several times checking for spinning and discharge of water. The refrigerator and freezer temps were taken and the coils on the back were checked. Entire service took about 30 minutes.

Mike was able to identify the issues with my Kenmore refrigerator and promised to fix if I get the parts, he helped me ordered the parts and advised I call to schedule for him to return to fix, a week after I called and he came to fix the issue. I recommend him.
