Ron is a gentleman. He didn't find any issue in my AC unit. Right after he left, I turned the AC on to observe the noise it was making before. Ron suggested to record the noise. I have the recording. I can provide it if needed.

Mr I Jaz was great ! Very pleasant very knowledgeable everything went very well He definitely deserves A 11111 as an employee. The phone call to my Home to try to get service appointment was another story. The woman on phone was absolutely the most annoying obnoxious person I have ever encountered. Just rude and all wanted to do is push me to purchase another service policy. Well yes I would like to continue to be covered by a service policy. However your prices has raised sooo much in one year Who can afford them. She tried everything to push me into a policy instead try to get a service visit set up. Do your self a favor don't let her. Set your standard practice of how you treat customers. !!!!
