Shakil was super helpful. He was able to do a thorough work up on the stove and oven and fix the areas that bused a tune up or a fix. He was personable while we chatted as the oven heated up and was put through its paces. He was professional in his explanations of all the details. Finally, Shakil was sensitive to keeping the kitchen floor clean as the oven was disassembled and reassembled. All great and now I can oven as much as I like!

The technician was friendly and did a nice job. In the future you all need narrow the possible times down from a full day down to half days. People can't take off of work for a full day when all that is necessary is a half day

This repairman was very professional and knew what he was doing. From the start he had my best interest at the start. He made sure that the washer was completely fixed and let me know all the steps in getting it that way. I hope that if I ever need a repair again he is the one they will send along with Harold to my home. Both of these men are fabulous in their work ethic and fixing appliances.

Jeffrey was great on the clogged drain in my refrigerator. This issue came after he left, the refrigerator would not get below 50 degrees, I had an appointment for a technician to come ot on Monday, I took off work all day without pay, I had a confirmation, and the message said they would call before they come. Called the AI number and it said the technician was 2 away from me and that was at 3:00. Then again no one called or showed up. I called the AI number again and they said my time has past and I would have to reschedule. I can't take another day off, will have to find someone more reliable to come and fix the issue. This is unforgivable I will take a call only if it is a human since AI can't do anything .

Jeffrey arrived when the link said he would. Found and fixed the problem. He explained what happened and what to look for if it were to happen again. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again.
