The guy you sent here both times he was excellent very professional very polite and he fixed it in a reasonable period of time I couldn't ask for anything better call before he came and he gave me time to get the dog out which I thank him for that

Ron came to the appointment. He had to get through a marathon being held, but was able to make his way to my house. He called to keep me updated, which was really appreciated. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips on how to keep things running well! He is a professional!
