Ron came to the appointment. He had to get through a marathon being held, but was able to make his way to my house. He called to keep me updated, which was really appreciated. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips on how to keep things running well! He is a professional!

I appreciated Ron's promptness this morning. He also was very helpful and explaining some additional details and answering all my questions. I plan on reaching back out in the spring and actually requesting Ron as my servicer. As well, he gave me some helpful information to take on the upcoming season.

Ron is a gentleman. He didn't find any issue in my AC unit. Right after he left, I turned the AC on to observe the noise it was making before. Ron suggested to record the noise. I have the recording. I can provide it if needed.
