Excellent repairman
John knew what the problem was just for my description of what was going on. However we noticed a more serious problem with my washer (it is a 28-year-old Kenmore - they just don't make them like that anymore). So I decided not to make the repair because one or two of the other components are in really bad shape and ready to go as well. I appreciated his diagnosis and thought he was very knowledgeable in his work. I will take it easy on my washing machine and start looking for another one in the meantime.

For the past 2 weeks I dealt with technicians from different companies and was disappointed, upset and frustrated. No call no shows, lack of communication and wasted money. John from Sears, communicated when he thought he would be running late, came in figured out the problem, showed me what was wrong and fixed it. He was so sweet and kind and Sears should be lucky to have a committed person on their team.
