Fixed starter relay on Fridge
Jeffery was knowledgeable and efficient in fixing my fridge! He went above and beyond by tightening my door handle since he noticed it was a little loose from a toddler pulling on it. Highly recommend!

Courteous Professional Efficient
Faramarz was timely + smart. Super nice guy who knew exactly what he was doing. We also used Sears to repair our dryer. I love the text updates that continually upload and refresh the approximate arrival time. My initial appointment was between 8a-12noon. The Sear's tracking system allows me to see how many stops are before me + updates the technician's approximate arrival time. It's fantastic! Will definitely use sears REPAIR services in the future if needed.

He was so great! Replaced the part the first tech ordered, then went above and beyond. He helped realign some fan that was messed up and also noticed the fridge was still acting weird so looked into it and found another issue that he fixed right away. Super great.
