I would to thank Jeff for a job well done. He helped restore the experience of getting the refrigerator repaired since the first technician did not properly diagnose nor order the correct part and canceled our first meeting. Even though Jeff had to come back because the previous technician had ordered the wrong part, Jeff was a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable.
