Tyrone was great. He called me when he was close to my house, which was greatly appreciated, because my service window time was 4 hours. He introduced himself with a great smile, and got straight to work. Within 10 minutes he was pretty sure he had the problem identified and ran a cycle to confirm it. After the rinse cycle, when my machine was empty, he fixed the problem, which fortunately for me turned out to be a minor one. Tyrone offered me a service plan to cover future repairs on all my appliances but I declined, as I always do. I find it more cost effective to pay for repairs as they occur rather than take out an insurance policy via a service plan. Tyrone struck me as being very knowledgeable and if I had need of another washer/dryer repair I wouldn't hesitate to use him.
