Excellent technician

John was knowledgeable to the point where he realized the 1st tech made the wrong diagnosis and he was able to quickly rectify that. Once the proper part arrived and after the company caused multiple scheduling issues he finally came and completed the work with a positive and professional attitude. This was much appreciated especially after so many issues with the company and the lack of being able to speak to a person. I doubt I will use Sears again since there is no way to rectify the trouble they caused me since the people I can reach after much effort on my part still had no power to make amends. If were to use their services again it would only be because of John.
