Paul identified the problem, replaced the switch and advised that the reason why the dryer was not drying is due to lint filled vents and filter. He advised to get the vents cleaned as soon as possible, for safety concerns and better dryer performance. Thanks, Paul!

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with Sears Service. I called about service on our dryer which was under a Sears service contract. A service technician was available the next day.
