I'm pleased my oven is finally working again after waiting over a month to be repaired. Should it have taken this long to get fixed is questionable at best. Not having any appliance coverage at would've been a worst case scenario. Hopefully it'll be sometime before I have to place another service calls for one of my appliances covered under my Sears warranty.

I was without a washing machine for 3 months which I found was uncalled for. Changed every single part twice.. would've been cheaper to just replace my washer. Ridiculous.

John was able to fix the problem of my dryer not completely drying my clothes, once the coil valve had been ordered by the previous tech who came to my home at the beginning of the week to address the problem which the previous two techs had not resolved. While I apparently was a last-minute add-on to John's schedule, he efficiently and effectively addressed and resolved the issue. He also took extra time to assess the location of the vent to the outside of my home as well as recommend a better configuration of the vent duct to help improve airflow from the dryer through the vent to the outside. I appreciated his additional insight on the matter because I was totally unaware that this was an issue. Thanks, John for your thorough and professional service, even under a tight schedule.
