He was so great! Replaced the part the first tech ordered, then went above and beyond. He helped realign some fan that was messed up and also noticed the fridge was still acting weird so looked into it and found another issue that he fixed right away. Super great.

Mr. Jeffrey came to our home within the scheduled time and even came a few minutes early and called ahead of time. Which most technicians have not done, our experience is they cancel or show up last minute without calling (we've had some long waits). He inspected the fridge and got right to work fixing and assessing what needed to be done and gave some free advice for future maintenance. One of best, fastest, and clean technicians we've had!

The service I finally received was great it only took 15 minutes and he had the problem at hand and commenced to check the other areas to make sure that that was the only problem it took months before I could even get this done because of your AI Richard counseling my appointments on Saturday but this went on and Mr Michael was a great service man and the job is very much received by me and my family thanks for service people of this nature makes me continue to want to stay in the service plan of Sears I thank you and what says to have a blessed day
