The tech was very knowledgeable and curious explained everything so I understood what was going on. I had problems with a telephone person trying to get me to get a contact then she canceled my app.for the day I was to get my oven fixed by lying on my app stating I was not going to be home or out of town when I called to check she hung up the phone on me Than I called back too check for another appointment

I think John the tech did an excellent job in explaining the problem with our air conditioning system and I pray to the Lord that in a day or two it will be fixed. He set it on fan, and he stated that we should leave it like that. for 24 to 48 hours. Or cut it off for a while tonight or if we leave the house. He stated it should be okay by Monday. He added some free on.
