Hoping our icemaker problem is resolved.
Arben was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what our problem was. Hoping his fix will make all the difference and we will be satisfied with our Samsung refrigerator icemaker. We have not been happy with it and has not operated properly since we bought Seems to be an issue with Samsung.

Arrived prepared to address our problem with our dishwasher, diagnosed it, developed a procedure for fixing it, assembled the tools and then ran into problems. The repair was specifically set for our dishwasher, so some of the tools he needed came from me. That said, Diagnosis, technical skill, success were all provided by Orlando.
