Oven repair
Arkadiy proved technically competent; he diagnosed and repaired our oven in short order (so short, that I was more than surprised at the labor cost). However, he needs to work on his inter-personal skills in terms of his interaction with his customers.

Danvers, MAGreat Technician But Waited too long!
Jaime Q was perfectly fine. However, I was not able to get a timely appointment to get the ice maker working again. Jaime's diagnosis of the problem on July 24 was fine and we ordered 3 parts for the repair. The parts arrived in a week, and I informed Sears and asked for an appointment before August 8. The phone representative agreed to take care of this and then gave me an appointment for August. I changed it back to the 8th, and called again. The representative told me that I would be listed as an "emergency," since I had been without ice for 2 weeks. The repair was done today and I will know in 24 hours if the ice maker is working. I am not sure that I can recommend Sears Home Services due to the long waits.

Arrogant and intimidating service person
The tech was very very arrogant. I am surprise you are employing such a service person. He wanted to leave before his allotted time and not help diagnose the noise issue after installing the fan. He was rude with my wife. She felt intimidated.

Sears'-Dryer service
Jamie was great. It took him less than 15 minutes to replace the broken wire in the door for the light switch. But, as for your communication regarding your service to have my dryer repaired, not good. Information that was given to you regarding the problem was never told to the repairman; thus the part that was needed was never ordered. The second repair visit was canceled due to staff issues; and, finally, they repaired it on the third-scheduled visit! Why wasn't I top priority and put at the top of the list for service today? They came at 1:29 pm. You canceled twice, and those days were a "waist of time" for me.

Washer still does not drain
Technician responded and went through the various error codes and determined that the washer was all set. I immediately started a wash and the same problem occurs again with not draining the wash water.

Disappointed
No one came today (10/25/24). I had a problem with my washing machine. A technician came on August 23 and said it was a computer problem. He checked and the part was no longer available. Sears has not fixed the problem to date.

Terrible technician
The technician said I tampered with my oven controls when I did not . I followed the instructions in the manual for cleaning and now the insurance company will not repair my oven. The technician made no attempt to listen to me and just made his own determination that I tampered with the controls

GE simple problem no support from sears
Second visit for refrigerator gasket replacement and zero help. Better off not calling them at all not like the old reliable of Sears service fleet.
