Washer repair
Unfortunately the repair kit didn't work for the Maytag vibration issue. A new estimate had to be done. Guoxiong spent a lot of time evaluating the washer while it was operating and then completing the new estimate. He was clear that the kit provided would not work. I chose to think it over since the new estimate was a much more expensive and the washer is old.

Rudy was very nice. Arrived earlier than expected. Checked under the washer to see why it leaked. Said there was no problem there. I needed a new control knob, but he couldn't find one anywhere. But at least he tried.

MATech was fine, super unhappy with work
It's taken 5 visits now and after running my dishwasher again today after the repair it is still not working properly. At this point I don't understand why you don't reimburse me the original cost and move on.

…If you expect to sell a whole house warranty please provide written information about what exactly is covered and for how long. You put your technicians in an uncomfortable position where they can't answer basic questions about the warranty.

I was pleased that Orlando was able to fix my oven. He answered my questions got the job done My only issue is that the time frame of waiting 8 hours could be narrowed down with better updates.

Efficient but didn't confirm everything was ok. I assume it was because he didn't say anything needed repairs.

Tom couldn't fix the issue with the water dispenser despite his efforts. We are entitled to a new refrigerator but per manager Brent it won't be replaced. Good try Tom but shame on Brent and his boss.
