Excellent prompt and courteous service! Efficient and professional work

After waiting 3 months due to not having the parts, then ordering them, they arrived, scheduled a return visit, but was told the wrong part arrived, then reordering, then those arrived, then scheduling a 3rd visit for a tech and another helper, finally the oven got repaired! Sears Home Warranty was frustrating to work with but the techs did a great job in the end.

The treadmill has been great for many years. A few things needed to be replaced. Stephen ordered the parts, they were delivered prior to him arriving. As usual, he was very professional and did a great job getting it back to running condition.
