I had a Sears tech about a month ago for maintenance. Vonzell came today to install a part in my dryer the other guy ordered. Vonzell was the most experienced of any Sears tech I've had for many years. He also cared about his work and took pride in his service. He discovered that the reason for my problem had to do with the previous tech never cleaned the dryer. There was so much lint blocking the inside parts that the hot air couldn't get though to the dryer. If only Sears had all of their technicians as smart and experienced, and as positive and professional as Vonzell.
