I recently call sears for a part replacement they came the next day they make me purchase a part for my whirlpool refrigerator that cost me 532.00 dollars they came a week after install the part but apparently must be the wrong one because the refrigerator still doesn’t work, we call sears the next day because they have a 30 days warranty after that i being trying to get someone else to come and they never send me the link for an appointment email or anything, so I guess i lose 532.00 dollars for nothing very disappointing

In the last week, Sears reminded me about 20 times of an upcoming home service - which I NEVER ORDERED. I spoke to a Sears agent via Chat yesterday and confirmed the bogus order was canceled and still a service man showed up today. Get your act together.

Not sure if the microwave is serviced. Technician went away without informing. The freezer door - water is leaking now ! That wasn’t the case before he came to change the door ! Tried calling him immediately in 5 mins and he kept disconnecting the phone. V disappointed

Extremely disappointed! I have had the washer for a year. The spin cycle is definitely not spinning or draining properly. I would not have called otherwise. Technician did nothing and I’m upset

Terrible service. They came to fix the fridge 5 times and still couldn’t do it. Replaced the wrong parts and then we were told we need the whole door replaced on the freezer side. We asked for the money back and still waiting for it. After this failure we decided to look into it ourselves and turns out the wiring was split in the door. We checked and soldered every wire again and voila, everything works again. 2 sears technicians couldn’t figure this out. What a shame. Will never get service from them again…

I've been in customer service for 40 years and could tell right away this guy is simply horrible to customers. He is condescending, sarcastic, and rude. Doesn't introduce himself, won't let you ask any questions until "he is done" with the service call. He cut me off or ignored me several times illustrating his disdain to even engage with a customer or their concerns while simply emptying filthy water from my dishwasher down my sink. He left paper towels on the floor before he left and didn't reinstall the racks that I took off for him. An absolute loser servicing Marlborough, Hudson MA.

The man that came to my home and straight out told me my washing machine was "disgusting and I should have cleaned it before calling for repair." Unfortunately, due to abnormally large forearms I can only reach in so far before I get caught up, making it impossible to reach internally. My washer is also 10 years old. He told me if I cleaned it with his refresh tablets that it would make my basement stop smelling....THEN he told me my house stunk like dog...This man was not very good with keeping his mouth shut. I have a house full of children and 2 very large dogs...it was also 90 degrees and humidity through the roof so OF COURSE it smelled like dogs! The guy was a jerk who should have kept his comments to himself and just fixed my washer

Sears is just incompetent as an organization. I had a repair tech out three times to try to repair my machine, and each time the repair failed. Under my service agreement, I have a $500 credit towards a new machine, yet they continue to insist on sending out another technician to try to repair it. Their supervisors have no power to authorize replacement (allegedly), which just shows how terrible this organization is. They don't care about customers, they care about going by their supposed process to try to fix it. there is literally no one in their organization that I can talk to in order to get this resolved. Just ridiculous. Avoid them at all costs.
