The technician was great. Unfortunately getting in touch with someone to set up repair was extremely difficult. I was cancelled 3 times without reason given after I waited home 3 days. There is no one to talk to- everything done with AI. Parts were ordered and then I was told they were unavailable- then given about 3 hrs notice they were being delivered. Very unhappy with Sears protection plan. Again the technician was great!!
