Glenn for refg problem
Glenn called before coming here and he was on time. He was very nice and did a good job. It has only been 1/2 a day since he left here. We will see if the problem was fixed for sure in a day or so. If you want to improve on service than don't make me wait a month for the repair to be fixed. Get the parts faster and give earlier appointments. This is not Glenn's fault, it's the fault of whomever is ordering parts and do the schedueling.
