The field tech was on time, and seemed to be thorough with his inspection of both the washer and dryer. He also was very personable. No complaints.

Lou came out to do a yearly maintenance check up on our appliances. He was friendly, personable, and did a great job. He gave me instructions to keep our stuff working well and I was very happy with him.
