Adair was outstanding and a true professional in every way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what I must do to make the refrigerator safe for the repair. The part came as promised and gratefully he was also the tech who got the return call. He accomplished the repair quickly, (thermostat) explaining as he went along and further, detected a second issue with the heater coil. He explained my options and what signs I should watch for which would necessitate a second repair. I cannot compliment him enough on his friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency.
