They showed when they were supposed to and fixed the dishwasher. Nothing to complain about

Tom's service was great! Our only issue seems to be with the repair service scheduling as he had to return a couple of times because it was later than the scheduled time. We don't blame him, just think that the services are over booked. Washer runs beautifully now but it took a few times due to whom ever does the scheduling to fit this repair into a timely time slot. Again, Tom's service was great, it was poor scheduling that was a problem.

The serviceman was on time and very friendly. He checked out the treadmill but I was disappointed he did not take the cover off and vacuum the motor and check the belt as previous service people have done. He was at my home less than 15 minutes and I would have had to pay $150+ if I didn't have the protection plan. Perhaps this is your new service in order to save time and money.

Very disappointed in the fact they ordered my part to come to my house and then scheduled appointment but the part was due to come same day as the scheduled repair and part wasn't delivered in time. So I had to reschedule for my washer to be fixed. It is ridiculous that they should have part delivered to Technician and then schedule the repair. That way you do not need to loose time for work!!!

They tell you your getting 50% off....but prices still seem pretty high. Also not enough salespeople at the time we were shopping.

Parts were installed in the dishwasher, but I later discovered the the parts did not fix the problem. The dry cycle does not work, so replacing the heating element did not fix the problem.

Sears finally got my freezer repair done after 3 weeks and 3 visits. The first tech did the minimum possible, just vacuuming dust and hoping for the best - ridiculous he did not actually take out an instrument to assess real issue(s). The tech who worked on it the 2nd and 3rd time was great, and really did what was needed; even though the parts department held things up, and ultimately didn't get right ones to him. I respect the second tech - he just dug in and fixed it; he did care. Everyone else, not so much. Expect long scheduling delays, but they will get it fixed ... on their timetable, not yours.
