Raymond was very efficient .However Sears rescheduled service 3 times . That was inconvenient however the work got done and my dishwasher works now

Although repair was not possible, and unit needs to be replaced... Service as a whole was top notch, excellent communication with reminders, explanation for (or in this case against) a repair, and what would be next steps, on-time arrival as promised. Would use this service again if need be.
